Sheila Long, Certified Exchange Specialist™, is Vice President and Regional Sales Executive for Old Republic Exchange for parts of California, Arizona, and Nevada. Sheila received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and has a Certificate of Achievement in Speech-Communication. Sheila has over 25 years of real estate experience in diverse roles working in both the residential and commercial real estate.

Sheila is an affiliate of several Realtor Associations, an active member in the Commercial Real Estate Services Committee for the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, an active Board Member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, and a Board member for her local CCIM Chapter. She enjoys spending her time teaching and educating regarding the 1031 Exchange process, which includes classes with Realtors, Escrow Agents, CPAs, and Board Associations.
