Tina LePoer is corporate counsel licensed in Virginia and located in our Manassas office. A Virginia native, Ms. LePoer received her B.S. from James Madison University and her J.D. from the George Mason School of Law. Prior to her move into the real estate industry, Ms. LePoer was a litigator and general counsel in private practice. In her work with 1031 Exchanges Ms. LePoer has had practical hands on experience working with clients and handling exchanges, and has also been a presenter of 1031 seminars and continuing education classes.

With 14 years in the 1031 exchange industry and 17 years in title and settlement services, Ms. LePoer came to Old Republic Exchange Company with a broad range of knowledge and experience that enables her to take a solutions oriented approach to her work.
